Conditons of Sale
Credit: Orders are subject to credit approval for open account shipment.
Changes: Changes made to an order before or after production has begun must be confirmed in writing before production can proceed.
Cancellations: A 15% cancellation will be charged to the purchaser for a Stala IFA order that has approved engineering drawings and is production.
Taxes: No local, federal, or state use, or excise taxes are included in our selling prices unless specifically noted on our quotation.
